Fitness Program

  • Boys and Girls – 6 years and older.
  • Students will improve their strength, fitness, and sports readiness.
  • Student will focus on cardiovascular conditioning, strength, flexibility, and team building.
  • Students will learn about healthy living and good nutrition using interactive, educational handouts.
  • Imagine… push ups on a 30′ long trampoline, swimming through a free foam pit, moving through fun
    obstacle courses, pull ups on bars before falling into the pit, and the list of fun foes on and on!
