PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Girls Gymnastics program follows our exclusively designed curriculum that is based on the USA Gymnastics program. The students learn skills and routines on Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. Students receive posters to track their progress and educate parents about the curriculum. Students will be evaluated throughout the year and when they complete all skills on their poster they are ready to move to the next level. Weekly Lesson plans include the skills and drills the teachers will focus on that week as well as return stations which are fitness focused to help build strength, flexibility and skill acquisition.
