Boys Gymnastics & Strength Training

Barron’s Boys Gymnastics program includes skills on vault, high bar, parallel bars, rings, and floor. The boys program also has strength conditioning incorporated into each lesson plan to develop strength for gymnastics and all other sports. Students receive posters to track their progress and educate parents about the curriculum. Students will be evaluated throughout the year and when they complete all skills on their poster they are ready to move to the next level. Weekly Lesson plans include the skills and drills the teachers will focus on that week as well as return stations which are fitness focused to help build strength, flexibility and skill acquisition.

New students start in our beginner/entry level. Students will evaluate to each level through our Ribbon and Star Incentive Programs.
