NEW FANTASTIC FITNESS PROGRAM

Boys & Girls – 6 years and older. |

Students will improve their strength,
fitness, and sports readiness. |

Student will focus on cardiovascular
conditioning, strength, flexibility, and team building. |

Students will learn about healthy living and good nutrition using interactive, educational handouts. |
|
|
Imagine . . . push ups on a 30’ long trampoline, swimming through a free foam pit, moving through fun obstacle courses, pull ups on bars before falling into the pit, and the list of fun goes on and on! |

|
Students will receive a USAG Fitness Certificate at the end of the term. |

|
Directed by former Level 9 Gymnast and 4-year Quincy University Collegiate Soccer Player - Julie Barron. |
