NEW FANTASTIC FITNESS PROGRAM

Boys & Girls – 6 years and older.

B Fit

Students will improve their strength, fitness, and sports readiness.
Student will focus on cardiovascular conditioning, strength, flexibility, and team building.
Students will learn about healthy living and good nutrition using interactive, educational handouts.
Imagine . . . push ups on a 30’ long trampoline, swimming through a free foam pit, moving through fun obstacle courses, pull ups on bars before falling into the pit, and the list of fun goes on and on!
Students will receive a USAG Fitness Certificate at the end of the term.
Directed by former Level 9 Gymnast and 4-year Quincy University Collegiate Soccer Player - Julie Barron.
